Please read GMAA´s Checking in and checking out policy. All information is provided on your booking confirmation, including the following:
In the confirmation email of the booking, all of the information required for your arrival will appear, which will include the name and complete address of the apartment, the name and telephone number of your contact person who will meet you in the apartment to give you the keys, etc.
During the booking process you will have provided your estimated arrival time, please inform us of any changes with as much notice as possible.
The check-in at the apartment is guaranteed from 15:00h. If you wish to arrive sooner we will arrange it if it is possible.
If you are arriving by aeroplane, on landing, please call us, using the contact number provided in your confirmation email so we can confirm your check-in at the apartment. If you are arriving by road, train or boat, please call us one hour before your arrival. Check-ins later than 21:00h carry an obligatory surcharge of 30€. Check-ins cannot be carried out later than 01:00h.
Upon arrival at the apartment the representative of GetMeAnApartment or the owner of the property will:
- Provide you with the keys to access the apartment,
- Show you the apartment,
- Give you instructions on how to use the television, air-conditioning, locks etc.

- For any apartment related enquiry call the contact number provided during office hours (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00, and on Saturdays, from 09:00 to 14:00). For emergencies only, call the contact number at any time.
- Give you information on the local amenities.
The representative of GetMeAnApartment or the owner of the apartment will collect in cash, the remaining amount of the total rental and the security bond, and will provide a receipt of all payments made.
If there are any problems (issues) or if something should break in the apartment, call us IMMEDIATELY so that we can help you as soon as possible. Our desire is that you enjoy your stay and that you fell at home in the accommodation.
The check-out is at 11:00h. Should you wish to leave at a later time, advise us at the time of the check-in and we will do everything possible to help you. Our representative or the owner of the property will personally attend to collect the keys of the apartment, and return the security bond. If unfortunately something should be broken or damaged, the cost will be deducted from the security bond, and should the costs exceed the cash amount the difference will be charged.
The guest is obliged to leave the apartment organized and as clean as possible before the time of the check-out. If extra cleaning should be necessary, the cost will be deducted from the security bond.
