In the Rivelles II apartment you will have an enormous principal space at your disposal that is divided into lounge and kitchen/dining area by a central reservation, with openings at both ends. This provides you with plenty of room for your group to spend a memorable time together comfortably, no matter how many people you are.
You will immediately be struck by the interior design of the Rivelles II apartment as you enter, with its blend of grey and green pastel tones, ethnic wooden elements and sleek white and black surfaces. You will benefit from hot/cold central air-conditioning throughout the apartment so that you should always feel comfortable. Your large kitchen is well equipped and you have modern appliances at your disposal.
Your lounge features one of the largest sofas we have ever seen on which an entire family can relax together as the valencian sunlight falls in through the immensely tall balcony doors, through which you can go out to take in the view of the street below.
In the Rivelles II apartment you will have the use of three bedrooms - the principal bedroom with one double bed, four single beds across the other two bedrooms, and in addition the large sofa in the lounge can be used as a sofa-bed. Furthermore the apartment can be provided with three single guest beds so that up to ten persons can sleep comfortably.
The principal bedroom in the Rivelles apartment you will find to be very luxurious with an extra large double bed, lots of wardrobe space to organise all the clothes you have brought with you, and an especially luxurious large en-suite bathroom with a deep bath so that you can really unwind with a good soak whenever you need to.
Note that this apartment is on the same floor as the Rivelles I apartment with capacity for up to five persons meaning that you could book both apartments if your group is up to fifteen people in size.
THE AREA SURROUNDING THE RIVELLES II APARTMENT.
You will find that the Rivelles II apartment is located in the heart of the historic centre and you will be able to walk to all of the main points very quickly. For example the Central Market, Lonja and City Square are all within a five minute walk, and the Cathedral, Serranos Towers and Quart Towers are just slightly further at ten minutes.
You could take advantage of the apartment's proximity to the Central Market if you have some culinary plans to fulfill because it is the best place to buy fresh produce in Valencia, but if you don't plan to cook, it's a must-see anyway.
Walking towards the Cathedral from the apartment you will pass through the El Carmen zone where you will find one of the largest concentrations of restaurants, tapas and bars in Valencia. Some examples within a five minute walk are "Tasca Angel" (Calle Purisima), "Jamon Jamon" and "El Molinon" (both Calle Bolseria), "La Taberna de Marisa" (Calle Caballeros), "Espai Visor Vegetarian" (Calle Corregeria).
The Turia river garden doesn't lie far away either at fifteen minutes where you can experience the world's only river bed turned public park and where you can follow the old course under the shade of trees all the way to the City of Arts and Sciences.

METRO:
Walk 5 mins (500 m) to metro stop Ángel Guimerá (Lines 1, 3, 5) on Gran Via Fernando Catolico 15. Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 6 stops (12 mins). Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).
BUS:
Walk 2 mins (217 m) to the bus stop "Baró de Càrcer - Garrigues" on the corner of Avenida Baron de Carcer and Calle Garrigues and take Line 13 for 12 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Inst. Obrer de Valencia" stop.
How to get to: BEACH
METRO:
Walk 5 mins (500 m) to metro Ángel Guimerá (Lines 1, 3, 5) on Gran Via Fernando Catolico 15. Take green line 5 in direction MARÍTIM-SERRERÍA for 7 stops (14 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (should be the same platform). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.
BUS:
Walk 2 mins (150 m) to the bus stop "Editor Manuel Aguilar - Baró de Càrcer" on the corner of Avenida Baron de Carcer and Calle Editor Manuel Aguilar and take Line 81 for 19 stops. Alight at the stop "Blasco Ibáñez - Serradora". Walk 280 m to the stop "Martí Grajales - Serradora" on the corner of Calle Serrería and Calle Martí Grajales and take Line 32 for 3 stops. Alight at the stop "Pavia - Platja de les Arenes".
