You will appreciate an interior that is full of surprises and ingenious design elements that mixes the antique with the modern with unique artistry from the ceilings of authentic wooden beams to the steel and wood staircases that connect the two floors, and where each space makes its own radical statement.
In the Clemente apartment you will enjoy the use of four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, one lavatory, and two complete kitchens, due to the unusual fact that it is composed of two different lofts, so you will not want for anything during your stay even though your group may be large.
You will have the use of four double beds (one in each bedroom) and two double sofa beds for your sleeping arrangements, giving you a total number of twelve places. There is a natural separation between the two formerly separate spaces which makes it an ideal option for a group of two families travelling together, as each one would have its own kitchen, lounge, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and balcony.
You will enjoy views over the Rojas Clemente Square from which the Clemente apartment takes its name by going out on the two balconies, and your environment is assured to be comfortable as you will enjoy central hot/cold air-conditioning which you can adjust to the temperature that you please.

Should you plan to cook during your stay you will find that the apartment couldn't be better located for you as it is beside the large Rojas Clemente fresh food market in which you will be able to find fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and other products, all literally on your doorstep.
You will further appreciate the location of the Clemente apartment as in just a few minutes walk you will arrive at the huge and impressive Quart Towers, and continuing on through them you will be in the heart of the Old Town where you will enjoy discovering a huge array of bars, tapas and restaurants in the immediate surroundings. You will also find that all the major historic sights such as the cathedral and Central Market are within a fifteen minute walk from your apartment.
Also worth mentioning is that you will be able to enjoy the green and beautiful gardens in the ancient bed of the Turia river arriving in under ten minutes walk, along which you can go for a very pleasant cycle or stroll. You could also enjoy a visit to the fascinating botanical gardens which lie at just a five minute walk from your apartment.

METRO: Walk 4 mins (300 m) to metro Ángel Guimerá (Lines 1, 3, 5, Gran Via Fernando el Catolico 15). Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 6 stops (12 mins). Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).
BUS: Walk 1 min (100 m) to the bus stop "Ferran el Catòlic - Espinosa" on the corner of Gran Via Fernando el Catolico and Calle Espinosa and take Line 81 for 9 stops. Alight at the "Palau de Justícia - Glorieta" stop. Walk 204 metres to the stop "Navarro Reverter - Gravador" on the Avenida Navarro Reverter. Take Line 95 for 6 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Instituto Obrero de Valencia" stop.
How to get to: BEACH
METRO:
Walk 4 mins (300 m) to metro Ángel Guimerá (Lines 1, 3, 5, Gran Via Fernando el Catolico 15). Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 7 stops (13 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (should be the same platform). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.
BUS:
Walk 1 min (100 m) to the bus stop "Ferran el Catòlic - Espinosa" on the corner of Gran Via Fernando el Catolico and Calle Espinosa and take Line 81 for 8 stops. Alight at the stop "Pintor Sorolla - A. Magnànim", by El Corte Inglés. Take line 4 for 12 stops. Alight at the stop "Port - Joan Josep Sister". Walk 15 mins (1.2 Km) to Las Arenas beach.
