The America's Cup apartment 1.2 offers you the use of twin beds in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge to sleep up to four persons comfortably. Your kitchen is fully equipped so that you can live perfectly self sufficiently if you wish, and you will be able to enjoy pleasant moments in the comfortable lounge with your companions, as the Valencian sunlight floods into the room through the open wooden shutters.

Adjust the temperature as and when you require using the central hot/cold air-conditioning, to ensure you are comfortable at all times of the year, and take advantage of the free WiFi internet connection to always remain connected. Your bathroom provides you with the use of a hydromassage bath so that you can really unwind with a good long soak after a long day.

Your America's Cup apartment permits pets so you can bring your beloved companion along with you too. Take advantage of the fact that the America's Cup Building has eight one-bedroom apartments and two studios so that a total capacity of thirty six persons could be accommodated.

Your America's Cup apartment provides you with unrivalled easy access to the America's Cup port which you will enjoy arriving at in just a three minute walk. You will also enjoy arriving at the Las Arenas beach in just a fifteen minute walk, where you will find two kilometres of deep perfect sandy beach.

As you arrive at the beaches you will find the Paseo Neptuno promenade where you can sample some of the best paella in Valencia in the restaurants of La Pepica or La Rosa and where you can sit back with a fine cocktail during the evenings in one of the many chilled out bars.

Walking approximately ten minutes further along the beach promenade you will arrive at the Malvarrosa beach where a long chain of seafood restaurants offer you the chance to sample even more Valencian culinary variety.

Heading in the other direction from the America's Cup apartment, a twenty minute walk will bring you to the City of Arts and Sciences, the internationally acclaimed architectural icon, which lies at the end of the ancient Turia river bed. From this point you can follow the green river bed under the shade of trees and through ornamental gardens all the way to the Old Town, a thirty to fourty minute walk.

BUS:
Walk 5 mins (500 m) to the bus stop "Joan Verdaguer - Pare Porta" on the corner of Calle de Juan Verdeguer and Calle Padre Porta and take Line 19 for 5 stops. Alight at the stop "Franca - Pare Tomas Montañana".

How to get to: HISTORIC CENTRE

METRO:
Walk 2 mins (200 m) to tram stop Francisco Cubells (Line 5) on Calle Francisco Cubells. Take green line 5 in direction MARÍTIM-SERRERÍA for 1 stop (3 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the metro (should be the same platform). Take the metro on line 5 in direction TORRENT AVINGUDA for 5 stops (9 mins). Alight at Colón station.

BUS:
Walk 5 mins (500 m) to the bus stop "Joan Verdaguer - Pare Porta" on the corner of Calle de Juan Verdeguer and Calle Padre Porta and take Line 19 for 13 stops. Alight at the stop "Sant Vicent Màrtir - Periodista Azzati".
