Whatever the distribution of your group, you will be able sleep comfortably as suits you best, because will have a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the other, and in addition, three double sofa beds on the lower floor.

Enjoy being outside in your own private space in the terrace where you can relax at the table, and you can prepare a tasty meal on the purpose built barbecue, or even a paella.

You will be able to explore the winding narrow streets of the Old Town from the Bretón apartment with absolute ease as you will have it on your doorstep! You will be in the heart of the tranquil zone of Xeréa where you will find the beautiful streets to be very calm and peaceful. If you want restaurants, bars and tapas, you are just a five minute walk away from the Calle del Mar where you will find a great selection of restaurants and one of the most popular areas for eating out.

You will also have great access to the historic attractions and the amazing Turia river garden, which lies at the end of the road from the apartment. You will enjoy arriving at the Cathedral, the Central Market, the City Square and Serranos towers all in under ten minute's walk. In the other direction you have the shopping and cinemas district of Colón where you will arrive in a five minute walk from the apartment. In the Turia river garden you will marvel at the world's only green river in which thousands of trees have been planted, and where you can take a pleasant stroll and stop off at one of the cafés.
