THE MARIOLA APARTMENT IN VALENCIA.
The Mariola apartment is ideal if you want to get the most out of the city of Valencia, and is strategically located to do so with easy access to both the historic centre and the City of Arts and Sciences.
The apartment provides you with capacity for up to four persons sleeping in two double bedrooms, but you also will have all the flexibility you require with the use of two single sofa beds in the living room of the apartment to ensure you have the most comfortable and pleasurable stay.
You will not be lacking in kitchen equipment in the Mariola apartment where you will enjoy an especially well equipped kitchen so that you can realize any culinary plans that you may have. The living room of the apartment you will find to be very bright and spacious and in which you can take advantage of the large wall mounted flat screen TV by enjoying a good movie whilst relaxing on the couch.
THE AREA SURROUNDING THE MARIOLA APARTMENT.
In the Mariola apartment you will have the opportunity to enjoy easy access to one of the best areas for eating out in Valencia, that of Ensanche where you will find a fantastic atmoshphere on the streets filled with people eating and drinking on the street terraces throughout the day and into the early hours.
If you want to see the important sights in Valencia you will be very well situated in the Mariola apartment as you will have the internationally acclaimed City of Arts and Sciences at just a ten minute walk from the apartment where you will marvel at the modern architecture. Also in just a five minute walk, you will arrive at the green Túria river garden where you will be able to cycle, jog or take a relaxing stroll through the world's only river converted to garden.
Should you wish to get to the city's historic centre you can also get there by foot, walking just fifteen minutes in a straight line where you will arrive at the Colón shopping district.

How to get to: THE CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCE
METRO: (approximately 40 minutes)
16 minutes walking (1.3km) to station Colón (línes 3 & 5, Calle Colón). Take the green line 5 direction Marítim-Serrería for 4 stops. Get off at the station Ayora. Walk another 20 minutes (1,5 km).
BUS: (Approximately 19 minutes)
Walk 2 minutes (203 m) to stop General Urrutia (par) - Lluís. Take line 35.Get off after 4 stops in-In Obrer de Val. (par) - Autopista Saler . Walk 2 minutes (231 m) to the City of Arts & Science.
How to get to: THE BEACH
METRO: (approximately 30 minutes)
16 minutes walking (1.3km) to station Colón (lines 3 and 5, Calle Colón). Take the green line 5 direction Marítim-Serrería voor 5 stops. Get off at Marítim Serrería and change onto the tram (you don't have to change the platform). Take line 5 direction Neptú for 3 stops (6 minutes). Get off at Neptú. 3 minutes walking (300 m) and you will reach the beach "Las Arenas".
BUS: (approximately 40 minutes)
5 minutes walking (502 m) to the stop Regne de València - Peris i Valero . Take line 19 and get off after 19 stops -Dr. Lluch - Mare de Déu del Sufragi . Walk 5 minutes (357 m) to the beach "Las Arenas".
