Your stay in Valencia will be a memorable one in the Xativa apartment where you will enjoy passing the time with your companions on your ample private terrace. Located in the absolute centre of the city you will find all the important sites as well as shops, restaurants and cinemas all to hand.

In the Xativa apartment you will have the use of five bedrooms and two independent bathrooms. The apartment provides you with the use of up to fourteen sleeping places, for a maximum group size of ten persons, thus providing you with flexibility in your sleeping arrangements. There is one bedroom with double bed and private terrace, two twin bedrooms, a bedroom with four nested beds (two single pull-out beds beneath two single beds), and another bedroom with two single nested beds. In addition, there is a double sofa-bed in one of the bedrooms.

You will enjoy bold black, white, and grey interiors with modern and minimalist decoration and furnishings throughout the apartment. You will discover the large kitchen is equipped with everything required to prepare your meals to enjoy together in the dining area or outside on the terrace. The ample lounge provides you with plenty of space to relax together kicking back on the sofas as the Valencian sunlight falls into the open spaces.

THE AREA SURROUNDING THE XATIVA APARTMENT.

The Xativa apartment is located in the very heart of the city in a district which is home to the City Square, the railway station (Estación del Norte), and the Bullring all of which you will find at just a few minutes' walk.

Nearby you will find a pedestrian area full of cafés and restaurants and two large cinema complexes, located around the streets of Ruzafa and Ribera which means that you will not have far to go if you fancy eating out or if you want see a movie. You will also be able to arrive easily by foot to the winding streets of the Old Town in five minutes, and to the main sites of interest in the historic centre all between five and fifteen minutes walk away, such as the cathedral, the Central Market, the Lonja Silk Exchange, the Serranos and Quart Gates.

You may want to take advantage of the Xativa apartment's proximity to the impressive gothic church of San Agustin by paying it a visit, or just behind that, the MUVIM (Valencian Museum of Illutration and Modernity), and the grounds of the Park of Culture which house it.

METRO (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 2 mins (250 m) to metro Xativa (Lines 3 & 5, Calle Xativa by the railway station). Take Green Line 5 in direction Marítim Serrería for 5 stops. Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).

BUS (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 6 mins (580 m) to the bus stop "Pascual y Genís – Roger de Lloria" on the Calle Pascual y Genís and take Line 15 for 10 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler – Inst. Obrer de València" stop. Walk 2 mins (170 m) to the Reina Sofía Palau de Les Arts.

How to get to: BEACH

METRO (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 2 mins (250 m) to metro Xativa (Lines 3 & 5, Calle Xativa by the railway station). Take Green Line 5 in direction Marítim Serrería for 6 stops (12 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (you do not need to exit the platforms). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.

BUS (approx. 40 mins):

Walk 3 mins (320 m) to the bus stop for line 32 "Marqués de Sotelo – Passatge Rex" on the corner of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Square) and the Avenida Marqués de Sotelo. Take line 32 for 19 stops. Alight at the stop "Pavia – Platja de les Arenes". Walk 2 mins (150 m) to Las Arenas beach.
