From your apartment you will have instant access to the Las Arenas beach lying just across the road where you will find two kilometres of deep perfect sandy beach. Also just over the road you will find the Paseo Neptuno promenade where you can sample some of the best paella in Valencia in the restaurants of La Pepica or La Rosa and where you can sit back with a fine cocktail during the evenings in one of the many chilled out bars. Further along the beach promenade approximately ten minutes walk from the apartment you will arrive at the Malvarrosa beach where a long chain of seafood restaurants offer you the chance to sample even more Valencian culinary variety.

TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS FROM THE VIÑES MANSION APARTMENT

Should you wish to visit the city centre or the old town you will find that the transport connections are efficient and that you have two very good options: a) The simplest is to take the tram from the stop Mediterrani (two minutes walk from your apartment) all the way to Pont de Fusta stop along the blue line 4 which provides you with direct access to the Old Town, b) or your could take the tram in the other direction, change once at Maritim Serreria onto the metro green line 5 which will bring you into the more modern commercial side of the city centre. Both journeys will be just approximately twenty five minutes.

You will also be able to arrive at the City of Arts and Sciences in approximately fourty minutes by taking the number 19 bus from the Calle Reina which you find to be an easy walk of 350 metres from the door of your apartment, then after ten stops on the bus get off at the roundabout where the hotel Barceló is located and you will see the unmistakable City of Arts and Sciences.
