Located right on Valencia's beach front and with a private pool and garden, you and your companions will have all the sun and relaxation you could wish for during your stay at The Beach House apartment.

Entering The Beach House apartment you will immediately be struck by the tasteful blend of modern designer furnishings and black and white tones, with a more homely and rustic decoration that uses ceramics, wood, and earthy tones. The property is a three floored house which is entered on the ground floor where the front terrace, lounge, kitchen and dining room are to be found. Beyond the kitchen you will find a beautiful solarium with table and chairs featuring an arched ceiling and revealed brick walls and passing crossing this area through arched pillars you will come to the astroturfed back garden with its attractive swimming pool and built-in barbecue.

You will have the use of four bedrooms in The Beach House apartment, two of which are located on the first floor, and two on the second. On the first floor you will find one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and its own astroturfed private terrace, and another bedroom with four single beds (two nested). On the second (top) floor, you will find a large loft type space which contains eight single beds (four nested). With the use of a hung curtain the space can be divided in two. Further sleeping spaces are provided by a sofa-bed in the lounge and a number of foldable supplementary beds, up to sixteen persons can be slept in the The Beach House.

The Beach House is an excellent choice if you wish to accommodate a large group due to the convenience that all its communal areas are large and spacious and are to be found on the same floor, meaning that your group should be perfectly comfortable when you are all together. The house features fully integrated hot/cold air-conditioning so that you should feel comfortable at all times of year.

The Beach House apartment is on the Malvarrosa beach, giving you instant access to an enormous stretch of pure sandy beach that runs along the coast for over two kilometres and features a lovely promenade which you could enjoy strolling along. As you do so you will encounter a huge range of beachside restaurants where you will be able to sample the authentic paella and Valencian seafood.

The apartment is to be found in a charming residential neighbourhood with antiquated low-rise houses, plenty of local bars and shops and you will have a supermarket within easy reach at under five minute's walk.

You could also enjoy a good cocktail on the Paseo Neptuno at the end of the Las Arenas beach a twenty minute walk away where there is a lot of activity at the weekends and where you will also find other renowned paella restaurants. If you want to go clubbing you will find one of Valencia's best locations in the Las Animas club just beside the Paseo Neptuno.

How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES

BUS (approx. 40 mins):

Walk 1 min (55 m) to the bus stop "Isabel de Villena - Font d'en Carrós" on the corner of Calles Isabel de Villena and Font d'en Carròs and take Line 20 for 15 stops. Alight at the "França - Pare Tomas Montañana" stop.

How to get to: HISTORIC CENTRE

METRO (approx 25 mins):

Walk 11 mins (950 m) to tram stop Eugenia Viñes (Lines 4, 6, Calle Eugenia Viñes). Take Blue Line 4 in direction FIRA VALÈNCIA for 10 stops. Alight at Pont de Fusta stop. Walk 5 mins (400 m) crossing the Turia river garden on the footbridge to arrive at the Serranos gate.

BUS (approx. 50 mins):

Walk 3 mins (300 m) to the bus stop "Malva-Rosa - Fuerteventura" on the Avenida de Malvarrosa and take Line 19 for 25 stops. Alight at the stop "Sant Vicent Màrtir - Periodista Azzati". Walk 2 mins (200 m) to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
