THE SKYVIEW PENTHOUSE APARTMENT IN VALENCIA

You will be stunned by the majestic views of Valencia that the Skyview apartment gives you, in which you will enjoy unforgettable days spent together on your expansive rooftop terrace in an immense split level apartment. Located in the absolute centre of the city you will find all the important sites as well as shops, restaurants and cinemas all to hand.

In the Skyview Penthouse apartment you will have the use of six bedrooms and a seventh auxiliary bedroom, three bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), kitchen, lounge, a balcony and a terrace that runs along two sides of the building (East facing and South facing). Entry to the apartment is via the lower floor where all the bedrooms are encountered. In total you will have the use of three double beds and six single beds on the lower floor, nine foldable beds distributed around the apartment and in addition there are nested beds for two persons in the seventh auxiliary room located upstairs.

You will enjoy soft pastel tones of brown, pink and white with modern and minimalist decoration in all the bedrooms where you will have the use of wardrobes to organize the clothes that you have brought, and you will find all the windows to be fitted with fully lowering "blackout" roller blinds. The last bedroom on the right hand side furthermore offers you a private balcony with views over the city centre.

Your comfort at all times of year is assured as in each bedroom you will have both a centrally heated radiator and an individual air-conditioning machine. On this lower floor you will also find two of the three bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a Jacuzzi where you could unwind with a well deserved luxurious soak after a long day.

Rising up the grand wooden staircase you will first of all come to the large rustic kitchen which you will discover is equipped with everything required to prepare your meals to enjoy together in the dining room or outside on the terrace. The ample lounge provides you with plenty of space to relax together kicking back on the sofas as the Valencian sunlight falls into the open spaces. Here you will appreciate the modern minimalist interior with its attractive contrast of red white and black colours.

Of course the unique highlight of the Skyview Penthouse apartment is the fabulous private terrace where you will have unforgettable moments with your companions enjoying the Valencian climate and admiring probably the best views in Valencia, which include the City of Arts and Sciences, the Turia, the port and the sea. In the terrace areas you will have the use of a range of outdoor furniture including dining table and chairs, sun loungers, sofas and coffee table.

During the city's renowned fiesta of Las Fallas in March, the terrace of the Skyview apartment converts into your own private viewing platform because the fireworks and the burning of the monuments can be seen from there, providing an unparalleled experience!

Please note that the size of your group will determine how many of the bedrooms and bathrooms will be in use. In the case that a room or bathroom is not available for your use it will be locked. Of course, all other parts of the apartment (terrace, lounge, kitchen etc.) will always be available for your use, and you will have exclusive use of the apartment at all times.

The Skyview Penthouse apartment is located in the very heart of the city in a district which is home to the City Square, the railway station (Estación del Norte), and the Bullring all of which you will find at just a few minutes' walk.

Also found in this district is a pedestrian area full of cafés and restaurants and two large cinema complexes, located around the streets of Ruzafa and Ribera which means that you will not have far to go if you fancy eating out or if you want see a movie.

If shopping for fashionable high street brands is on your agenda then you will appreciate the proximity of the Skyview apartment to the Calle Colón where you will encounter the largest concentration of clothes shops and department stores in Valencia.

From the door of your apartment you will be able to arrive easily by foot to the winding streets of the Old Town in less than ten minutes, and to any of the main sites of interest in the historic centre within a maximum twenty minute walk, such as the cathedral, the Central Market, the Lonja Silk Exchange, the Serranos and the Quart Gates.

You may want to take advantage of the Skyview Penthouse apartment's proximity to the impressive gothic church of San Agustin by paying it a visit, or just behind that, the MUVIM Valencian Museum of Illustration and Modernity, and the grounds of the Park of Culture which house it.

How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES

METRO (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 2 mins (250 m) to metro Xativa (Lines 3 & 5, Calle Xativa by the railway station). Take Green Line 5 in direction Marítim Serrería for 5 stops. Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).

BUS (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 6 mins (580 m) to the bus stop "Pascual y Genís - Roger de Lloria" on the Calle Pascual y Genís and take Line 15 for 10 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Inst. Obrer de València" stop. Walk 2 mins (170 m) to the Reina Sofía Palau de Les Arts.

How to get to: BEACH

METRO (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 2 mins (250 m) to metro Xativa (Lines 3 & 5, Calle Xativa by the railway station). Take Green Line 5 in direction Marítim Serrería for 6 stops (12 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (you do not need to exit the platforms). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.

BUS (approx. 40 mins):

Walk 3 mins (320 m) to the bus stop for line 32 "Marqués de Sotelo - Passatge Rex" on the corner of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Square) and the Avenida Marqués de Sotelo. Take line 32 for 19 stops. Alight at the stop "Pavia - Platja de les Arenes". Walk 2 mins (150 m) to Las Arenas beach.
