The San Felipe Purple apartment offers you the use of three bedrooms, one master double, one twin, and one with nested single beds. With the addition of a double sofa-bed in the lounge, space for up to eight persons is provided. The principal bedroom is especially spacious with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. In addition there is an independent bathroom with bath and shower unit.

The San Felipe Purple apartment has been carefully decorated with the use of purple throughout. You will appreciate the use of quality tasteful materials and the upmost attention to detail not only in the apartment but also in the whole building. As well as using a different specific colour to decorate it, each apartment has used a different variety and colour of flooring and tiling to make it truly individual.

The San Felipe apartment is equipped with free WiFi internet and a cot can be provided for an extra charge. You will have the use of hot/cold airconditioning by ducts throughout the apartment to regulate the temperature to suit you.

THE AREA SURROUNDING THE SAN FELIPE APARTMENT.

From the San Felipe apartment, the historic sites as well as shopping and eating zones are close at hand. Walk across the Aragon bridge to arrive in fifteen minutes at the zone known as Ensanche ("the expansion") an area built at the end of the 19th century which is well known for its attractive buildings and its numerous quality restaurants and street terraces particularly along the streets of Calle Conde de Altea and Calle Ciscar.

Walking ten minutes further to Colón metro station you will be in the principal shopping zone with department stores and high street brands as well as numerous cafés, on and around the Calle Colón. The Calle Colón borders the historic centre so by crossing the road and heading up any of the adjoining streets you will be moving toward the old heart of Valencia where the Mercado Central, Lonja and Cathedral lie approximately a ten minute walk away.

Crossing the Aragon bridge you will pass over the Turia gardens, the world's only former river bed converted into park. This six kilometre river bed is filled with thousands of trees, plants, playgrounds and cafés and can be followed all the way to the City of Arts and Sciences approximately a twenty minute walk from this bridge.

The San Felipe apartments take their name from the San Felipe Square in which they are to be found. In this peaceful square you can enjoy use of a playground, a bicycle rental station (Valenbisi), and an extremely useful fresh produce market (Algiros Market) to keep your fully-equipped kitchen well stocked.
