In the Ruzafa apartment you will appreciate an interior with a blend of modern and retro furnishings which has preserved the elegant antique wooden doors throughout. The apartment offers you the use of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both of which have a balcony which you can enjoy stepping out onto. There are two single sofa-beds in the lounge so that up to six persons can sleep in the apartment.

Your kitchen in the Ruzafa apartment is fully equipped so that you can prepare any dish that you desire and you will have the use of central hot/cold airconditioning that you can adjust as you please to guarantee your comfort at any time of year.

Staying at the Ruzafa apartment in Valencia you will enjoy easy access to both the historic centre, the City of Arts and Sciences and the Turia river garden, however you will also find that the area itself has a lot to offer and a well earned reputation of its own.

Heading towards the historic centre from the Ruzafa apartment you will immediately come across many bars and restaurants and you will encounter some nice terraces to sit and enjoy a drink or a snack. There are a number of renowned bars where you could enjoy listening to jazz or flamenco. The Ruzafa neighbourhood has as its nucleus the Municipal Market of Ruzafa which you will find just a three minute walk away and where you can go shopping for everything you could require to prepare your meals in the apartment.

You will arrive at the historic centre by the bullring, the Estación del Norte railway station and the City Square (Ayuntamiento) in just a fifteen minute walk following Calle Cádiz all the way to the end and then taking the Calle Ruzafa. Walking approximately twenty minutes towards the old river will bring you to the iconic City of Arts and Sciences with its unique collection of buildings.

Valencia is home to the world's only park created from an ancient river bed. Having arrived at the City of Arts and Sciences you will actually be at one end of the ten kilometre park which you can follow in the inland direction and stroll through the gardens under the shade of the thousands of trees that have been planted there. If you keep going you will come to the old town where you could enter through the impressive Serranos Gate (approximately fourty minutes walk).

How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES

BUS (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 5 mins (500 m) to the bus stop "Peris i Valero - Bispe Jaume Pérez" on the Avenida Perís y Valero and take Line 15 for 7 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Instituto Obrero de Valencia" stop.

How to get to: BEACH

METRO (approx. 40 mins):

Walk 15 mins (1.2 km) to metro station Xàtiva (Lines 3, 5,) by the Estación del Norte Railway station. Take green line 5 in direction MARÍTIM-SERRERÍA for 6 stops (12 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (should be the same platform). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.

BUS (approx. 40 mins):

Walk 2 mins (230 m) to the bus stop "Peris i Valero - Sapadors" in the Plaza de la Reina and take Line 20 for 18 stops. Alight at the stop "Pavia - Platja de les Arenes".
