THE ROSEBEACH 1 APARTMENT IN VALENCIA.

Located by the Malvarrosa beach and with a private terrace, you and your companions will have all the sun and relaxation you could wish for during your stay in Valencia at the Rosebeach 1 apartment.

The apartment has been tastefully decorated with the use of soft white tones, flush lighting, designer furnishing and overall a touch of purity and simplicity.

The Rosebeach 1 apartment is split level and offers you the use of two double bedrooms, a double sofa-bed in the lounge and two puf-beds to sleep up to eight persons. There are two independent bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. Entry to the apartment is via the lower floor where you will find one of the bedrooms with built-in wardrobe, the bathroom with bath, fully equipped kitchen and sunny lounge.

Rising to the upper level of the apartment you will find the large second bedroom which must be passed through to access the terrace. This bright area has ample built-in wardrobe space, a work desk, and the second bathroom.

The exterior private terrace will allow you to relax with your companions in the agreeable Valencian climate, enjoying the picturesque sea view and perhaps enjoying a meal together at the table.

If you require it there is a private parking space available for an additional fee (please see the "Calculate price" section for details). The apartment features hot/cold air-conditioning by ducts throughout the apartment.

THE AREA SURROUNDING THE ROSEBEACH 1 APARTMENT.

The Rosebeach 1 apartment is located just three hundred metres from the Malvarrosa beach, giving you instant access to an enormous stretch of pure sandy beach that runs along the coast for over two kilometres and features a lovely promenade which you could enjoy strolling along. As you do so you will encounter a huge range of beachside restaurants where you will be able to sample the authentic paella and Valencian seafood.

The apartment is to be found in a charming residential neighbourhood with antiquated low-rise houses, plenty of local bars and shops and you will have a supermarket within easy reach at approximately eight minute's walk (Avenida Malvarrosa 84).

You could also enjoy a good cocktail on the Paseo Neptuno at the end of the Las Arenas beach a twenty minute walk away where there is a lot of activity at the weekends and where you will also find other renowned paella restaurants. If you want to go clubbing you will find one of Valencia's best locations in the Las Animas club just beside the Paseo Neptuno.
