Your stay in Valencia is guaranteed to be a comfortable one in the elegant Rodrigo apartment where you will have access to a communal garden, playground and pool; as well as private parking and a convenient location beside the City of Arts and Sciences and the Aqua shopping centre / cinema complex.

The two floored Rodrigo apartment offers you the use of three bedrooms on the upper floor, one double, one twin, and one with bunk beds, which along with a single sofa-bed in the lounge provides sleeping for up to seven persons. The apartment has two bathrooms both with shower and bath, one of which is en-suite to the master double bedroom. In addition there is a separate WC.

You will find the apartment to be elegant and modern with attractive furnishings and quality materials in its construction, being part of a new residential complex built to high standards. The Rodrigo apartment is fitted with integrated hot/cold air conditioning that is fully adjustable so that your comfort is guaranteed at any time of year, and you will find a fully equipped kitchen to be able to prepare the meals of your choice.

The Rodrigo apartment gives you free access to the communal garden and swimming pool in the apartment complex where you can enjoy sunbathing and a dip in the cool water (please note that use of the pool is restricted to the summer months). A children's playground is also available to you. Should you be travelling with a car, you will be able to contract the private parking space in the subterranean car park so that you can forget about parking hassles.

Furthermore, a cot and baby's high chair can be provided on request free of charge. A USB modem can also be provided for an additional fee so that you can remain connected.


THE AREA SURROUNDING THE RODRIGO APARTMENT.

The Rodrigo apartment provides you with a fantastic location for visiting the iconic City of Arts and Sciences and also the Turia river-garden both of which you will easily reach in under ten minute's walk.

Take advantage of your proximity to the river garden to discover the world's only river bed converted into public garden, going for strolls or perhaps running, cycling or exercising. As the river bed stretches all the way from the coast to the opposite end of the city, you could even follow it to the Old Town, coming up at the old Serranos Gate (about forty five minute's walk) or all the way to the very end where you could visit the Biopark safari-zoo (approx. one and a half hour's walk).

The Rodrigo apartment is to be found in a residential neighbourhood where there are a number of cafés and restaurants and you will have one of Valencia's best shopping centres less than ten minute's walk away where you will also find restaurants and a supermarket (Aqua shopping centre, Calle Menorca). Should you wish to enjoy a good film you can also do so at the Aqua where you will find a cinema complex.


TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS FROM THE RODRIGO APARTMENT.

From the Rodrigo apartment, the simplest way to get around Valencia is to use the number 19 bus which takes you both directly to the historic centre in 20 minutes (City Square) and to the beaches in 20 mins (Las Arenas). You will find the bus stop for the City Square at the end of your street on the Avenida de Francia and the stop for the beaches at the junction of the Calle Menorca and the Avenida de Francia approximately 4 mins walk from the apartment.

An alternative to get to the old town is to take the number 4 from Calle Islas Canarias (approximately 25 minute's journey). If you prefer to go by metro, you can take line 5 into town or to the beaches from Ayora station which lies 700 metres away. The Rodrigo apartment is 3.2 km from the main railway station Estación del Norte, and 5.0 km from the coach station.
