The Reino Valencia apartment offers you the chance to stay in perfect comfort during your time in Valencia in a residential neighbourhood with an outstanding choice of restaurants, and a superb location in walking distance to both the historic centre and the City of Arts and Sciences.

The apartment is well decorated with bright synchronized colour schemes and modern furnishings. There are three bedrooms, two twin and one double, to sleep up to six persons. One of the twin bedrooms has a private bathroom with bath, and the second bathroom is independent with shower.

The apartment has one hot/cold air-conditioning unit in the lounge and there is a mobile radiator for each of the bedrooms.


THE AREA SURROUNDING THE REINO VALENCIA APARTMENT.

The Reino Valencia apartment is extremely well situated because it allows you to get to the majority of the areas of interest very quickly on foot. The historic centre is at ten minutes walk where you will come to the bullring, Estación del Norte railway station, and the city square. A further five to ten minutes walk in the same direction will bring you to other important monuments such as the cathedral, the Mercado Central and the Lonja.

If you head in the opposite direction from the apartment along Avenida Reino de Valencia you will arrive at the City of Arts and Sciences in the Turia Gardens in approximately fifteen minutes. If you want to enjoy the six kilometres of gardens that have been created from the old river bed of the Turia river just follow the Calle Burriana for eight minutes.

The neighbourhood in which the apartment is to be found is that of Ensanche, bordering on Ruzafa, known for its quality selection of restaurants, bars and tapas, and it's pleasant street ambience created by numerous outdoor terraces. There is a supermarket just three hundred metres away on Calle Ciscar, and the fresh produce market of Ruzafa is also on hand at just four hundred metres.

The Reino Valencia apartment is also just a ten minute walk to the principal shopping district of Calle Colón where you will find all the popular high street brands and department stores, as well as multi screen cinemas.


GETTING AROUND FROM THE REINO VALENCIA APARTMENT.

It couldn't be simpler to get around Valencia from the Reino Valencia apartment as you will only need to use one bus route: the number 19.

If you prefer not to walk you can take the number 19 bus for the City of Arts and Sciences, from the Avenida Reino de Valencia and get off after four stops at the Avenida de Francia. For the historic centre you could take the same bus in the opposite direction and get off after five stops at the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (city square).

To get to the city beaches, take the number 19 for twelve stops and get off at the Plaza Armada Española (the roundabout where the police station is).

The metro for the airport is Colón (Lines 3 and 5) which is 750 metres away on Calle Colón. The apartment is 950 metres from the Estación del Norte railway station and 2.2 km from the high speed AVE station Joaquín Sorolla. The coach station is 3 km away.
