The interior of the Quart Terrace apartment has been very carefully decorated and furnished and features an especially impressive large living-dining room where you can appreciate a striking blend of pure white tones mixed with green touches, and an especially comfortable three piece suite. The bathrooms and bedrooms are tastefully decorated with the use of bright primary colours.

The Quart Terrace apartment offers you the use of four bedrooms, three of which are single, and one which is a master double enjoying direct access to the terrace and to one of the bathrooms. In addition there are two foldable beds and a double sofa-bed in the lounge to provide a total number of nine sleeping places. Both bathrooms are independent and spacious with good quality showers.

The apartment has a large fully equipped kitchen and features free WiFi internet. There are two hot/cold air-conditioning machines, one in the lounge and the other in the master bedroom; and there is central heating by radiators throughout the apartment, meaning that you should feel comfortable at any time of year.

There is exterior furniture for the terrace including a large parasol, six seater wooden table and sun loungers. All the windows of the apartment are double glazed and feature motorized blinds.

Just at the end of your road, you will be struck by the awesome sight of the eight storey high Quart Terrace, ancient gate to the city. Walking through them you will immediately be in the centre of the Old Town where you will encounter a huge variety of bars, tapas and restaurants.

From the Quart Terrace, you will enjoy arriving at any point in the historic centre in a maximum twenty minute walk and sites like the Cathedral, the Central Market, Lonja, and Serranos Towers are even closer at just ten minutes. Well worth a visit especially as it is located just one minute walk away, is the fascinating Botanical Garden where you can enjoy a very agreeable stroll.

To stock up your fully equipped kitchen with produce to prepare your meals you have the Rojas Clemente market in Plaza Rojas Clemente just a three minute walk away, or alternatively you have a large Mercadona supermarket on the Calle Quart (crossing to the other side of the Gran Via), also just a seven minute walk away.

Finally, you can take advantage of the Quart Terrace apartment's close proximity to the amazing Turia green river garden, where you can follow the ancient river bed all the way to the City of Arts and Sciences stopping off at one of the number of cafés that are to be found amongst the trees.
