Your stay in Valencia will be a memorable one at the Quart Studio apartment where you will enjoy a tasteful interior, private balcony and a prime location in the historic centre beside the famous Quart Gate.

You will be struck by the careful attention to detail that characterizes the interior design of this quaint studio and the thoughtful preparation and practicality that will ensure your stay is a perfectly comfortable one. The apartment gives you use of one double bed and a double sofa-bed to sleep up to four persons.

A curtain can be drawn to close off the bedroom area from the remainder of the apartment thus providing a degree of privacy. A small table and chairs allows you to enjoy a coffee together on your private balcony and enjoy the agreeable Valencian climate.

Please note that the Quart Studio apartment is located on the fourth floor without a lift.

Turning the corner at the end of the road just a ten second walk from the door of the Quart Studio apartment, you will be struck by the awesome sight of the eight storey high Quart Towers, ancient gate to the city. Walking through them you will immediately be in the centre of the Old Town where you will encounter a huge variety of bars, tapas and restaurants.

From the Quart Towers, you will enjoy arriving at any point in the historic centre in a maximum twenty minute walk and sites like the Cathedral, the Central Market, Lonja, and Serranos Towers are even closer at just ten minutes. Well worth a visit especially as it is located just one minute walk away, is the fascinating Botanical Garden where you can enjoy a very agreeable stroll.

To stock up your fully equipped kitchen with produce to prepare your meals you have the Rojas Clemente market in Plaza Rojas Clemente just a five minute walk away, or alternatively you have a large Mercadona supermarket on the Calle Quart (crossing to the other side of the Gran Via), also just a five minute walk away.

Finally, you can take advantage of the Quart Studio apartment's close proximity to the amazing Turia green river garden, where you can follow the ancient river bed all the way to the City of Arts and Sciences stopping off at one of the number of cafés that are to be found amongst the trees.

How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES

METRO:
Walk 9 mins (800 m) to metro Ángel Guimerá (Lines 1, 3, 5) on Gran Via Fernando Catolico 15. Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 6 stops (12 mins). Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).

BUS:
Walk 5 min (430 m) to the bus stop "Petxina - Túria" on the Paseo de Pechina that runs alongside the Turia river-garden and take Line 95 for 11 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Instituto Obrero de Valencia" stop.

How to get to: BEACH

METRO:
Walk 9 mins (800 m) to metro Ángel Guimerá (Lines 1, 3, 5) on Gran Via Fernando Catolico 15. Take green line 5 in direction MARÍTIM-SERRERÍA for 7 stops (14 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (should be the same platform). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.

BUS:
Walk 4 min (414 m) to the bus stop "Ferran el Catòlic - Quart" on the corner of the Calle Quart and the Gran Via Fernando Catolico and take Line 79 for 9 stops. Alight at the stop "Marqués del Túria - Cánovas". Take Line 3 for 10 stops. Alight at the stop "Port - Joan Josep Sister". Walk 15 mins (1.2 Km) to Las Arenas beach.
