You will appreciate a feeling of space in the Purisima apartment due to the open ceiling in the lower level where the staircase climbs to the upper level. Enjoy relaxing on your private terrace on the comfortable exterior furniture with your companions as you get the most out of the Valencian climate. Throughout the Purisima apartment you will enjoy a modern interior that has been decorated and furnished with pale browns, pinks and white and a contemporary blend of leather, glass and steel.

In the Purisima apartment you will have the use of four bedrooms, two on each floor. Both bedrooms on the lower floor are twin and those of the upper floor are double. With a double sofa-bed and two foldable beds, the apartment offers you a total of twelve sleeping spaces to provide you with flexibility for your group.

Your modern metallic and black lacquered kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare the meals of your choice, and enjoy them together on the dining table, after which you can use the dishwasher to clean up easily. The Purisima apartment is fitted with both central heating with radiators and also central air-conditioning via ducts both of which can be adjusted to suit the time of year to ensure your total comfort.


THE AREA SURROUNDING THE PURISIMA APARTMENT.

Valencia's famous old town district "El Carmen" is to be encountered right on the doorstep of the Purisima apartment, where you will enjoy instant access to the historic centre's largest offering of tapas, bars and restaurants and where you can enjoy the relaxed street atmosphere into the early hours. When you are ready to go home, you can simply stroll a few minutes back to the peace and tranquility of the apartment.

You will have the perfect base in the Purisima apartment from which to visit the main historic sites in Valencia's centre. You will enjoy arriving at the Lonja Silk Exchange in under a minute and also the fabulous Central Market where you will be able to buy any ingredient you desire for your home cooking from a mouth watering array of stalls. Heading in the opposite direction you will come to the Cathedral in two minute's walk where you could pay a visit to the Miguelete tower and admire without doubt the best view of Valencia.

Walking five minutes further will bring you to the Quart Gate, the Serranos Gate, or the City Square. You will also be able to reach the green river bed of the Turia after a five minute walk, the world's only river bed turned public garden where you can indulge in a pleasant cycle or stroll along its ten kilometre length.

How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES

METRO (approx. 45 mins):

Walk 12 mins to metro Colón (Lines 3 & 5, Calle del Cristóbal Colón). Take Green Line 5 in direction Marítim Serrería for 4 stops. Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).

BUS (approx. 35 mins):

Walk 5 mins to the bus stop at the Torres de Serranos "Torres dels Serrans - Comte de Trénor" and take Line 95 for 6 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Inst. Obrer de València" stop.

How to get to: BEACH

METRO (approx. 30 mins):

Walk 12 mins (950 m) to tram station Pont de Fusta (Line 4) (located by the Puente de Serranos). Take the tram on line 4 in direction DR LLUCH for 10 stops (18 mins). Alight at Les Arenes station.

BUS (approx. 45 mins):

Walk 8 mins (650 m) to the bus stop "Pl. de l'Ajuntament - Barques" in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Square). Take line 32 for 18 stops. Alight at the stop "Pavia - Platja de les Arenes".
