THE PAZ V APARTMENT IN VALENCIA.

Your time spent in Valencia will be made unforgettable staying at the Paz V apartment, one of six apartments that make up two beautifully restored old Valencian mansions, where you will enjoy one of the most select locations in Valencia and from where you will encounter many historic attractions and restaurants within a short stroll.

In the Paz V apartment you will appreciate an interior that features many authentic original elements such as the thick supporting beams that are hundreds of years old, to give you a real feeling of history. However you will have all the modern conveniences at your disposal and will enjoy high quality furnishings and an interior that harmonises its antique features with clean lines and pure white spaces.

You will have the use of four individual beds in the Paz V apartment, two of which are nested beneath the other two and which can be put away during the day so that your space is not inhibited. The four single bed arrangement could be perfect if you are a group of friends or colleagues travelling together. Take note that you could book up to six of the Paz apartments providing a total capacity of twenty persons.

To ensure that you will be comfortable throughout the year, the Paz V apartment provides you with central hot/cold air-conditioning which you can adjust as you please. When you have the need for information or to send an important email, you will not have to leave the apartment as you will have a free internet connection at your disposal.


THE AREA SURROUNDING THE PAZ V APARTMENT.

You will find that simply by stepping out of the doorstep of the Paz V apartment you will discover historic Valencia and that all the important areas of the city centre are a short agreeable stroll away.

The peaceful zone in which your Paz apartment is located is characterized by old winding streets with tastefully restored old mansions and palaces with large arched wooden doors and overhanging balconies, where you are sure to feel the romance and charm of old Valencia.

The Cathedral, the ceramics museum, the Serranos Gate and the shopping district of Colón are all to be found within five minutes walk. Slightly further afield at ten minutes is the City Square, the Central Market and the trendy El Carmen zone.

From the apartment you will also enjoy arriving at the Turia river garden, the world's only public park made from a ten-kilometre long river bed, in just a three minute walk, where you can indulge in cycling, running, or simply strolling along it, perhaps all the way to the City of Arts and Sciences.

You will not want for gastronomic variety during your stay in the Paz V apartment as you will be surrounded by restaurants, tapas and bars. Restaurants of note in the immediate vicinity are the Ventorro (Calle Bonaire 8), Seu Xerea (Calle Conde de Almodóvar 4), El Bicho Raro (Calle del Conde de Montornés 9), Restaurante La Champagne (Calle del Poeta Liern 27). If you head to the catedral and the Plaza de la Reina you will come across many places to sit at a pleasant terrace and enjoy the fine Valencian weather.

How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES

METRO:
Walk 7 mins (600 m) to metro Alameda (Lines 3, 5, Paseo de la ciudadela). Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 3 stops. Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).

BUS:
Walk 3 mins (340 m) to the bus stop "General Palanca - Porta de la Mar (jardí)" in the Plaza Tetuán and take Line 95 for 7 stops (approx. 20 mins). Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Instituto Obrero de Valencia" stop.

How to get to: BEACH

METRO:
Walk 7 mins (600 m) to metro Alameda (Lines 3, 5, Paseo de la ciudadela). Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 4 stops. Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (should be the same platform). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.

BUS:
Walk 4 mins (300 m) to the bus stop "Palau de Justícia - Glorieta" by the Jardines de la Glorieta and take Line 32 for 16 stops (approx. 35 mins). Alight at the stop "Pavia - Platja de les Arenes". You will be at the beach.
