Located two minute's walk from Valencia's Patacona beach in a secure residential complex with communal summer pool, garden, and sports facilities, you and your companions will enjoy all the sun and comforts you could wish for during your stay at the modern Patacona Beach apartment.

As well as giving you access to the outdoor communal areas, the Patacona Beach apartment offers you an ample private terrace where you could enjoy a meal together on the comfortable outdoor table and chairs. The apartment offers you the use of two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and has a double sofa-bed in lounge so that up to six persons can be accommodated. The bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, and the bathroom is independent with bath and power shower combination.

The apartment is decorated and furnished with excellent taste and quality materials, and the kitchen is exceedingly well equipped. There is hot/cold air-conditioning by ducts throughout, and the water is heated by gas. The window blinds are motorized with push-button controls. The residential complex is newly built to high standards in 2011 and has a very large communal garden, a swimming pool (in summer), padel courts, a playground, and twenty four hour vigilance with secure entry to the enclosure. In addition there is a municipal sports centre just around the corner that offers a fully enclosed pool open throughout the year, gymnasium and spa (please check there for the prices).


THE AREA SURROUNDING THE PATACONA BEACH APARTMENT.

The Patacona Beach apartment is to be found in a quiet residential neighbourhood with modern apartment complexes and is a couple of minute's walk from the sandy Patacona beach that runs along the coast for over three kilometres (including the beaches of La Malvarrosa and Las Arenas) and features a lovely promenade running the whole length. If you follow it towards the port for about fifteen minutes you will arrive at the numerous seafront restaurants where you can sample authentic paella and Valencian seafood.

You could also enjoy a good cocktail on the Paseo Neptuno at the end of the Las Arenas beach where there is a lot of activity at the weekends and where you will also find other renowned paella restaurants. If you want to go clubbing you will find one of Valencia's best locations in the Las Animas club just beside the Paseo Neptuno. The number 32 bus from Calle Mendizábal will take you to the Paseo Neptuno in approximately twenty minutes.


GETTING AROUND FROM THE PATACONA BEACH APARTMENT.

From the Patacona Beach apartment you can get to the cathedral in the historic centre, in approximately fourty minutes on the number 31 bus which you can catch from the Avenida Mare Nostrum 400 metres away. You can also get to the City of Arts and Sciences on the number 1 bus in approximately half an hour which you can catch from Calle Mendizábal 600 metres away.
