The Oceanographic III apartment offers you capacity for up to five persons with the use of three bedrooms, one double, one twin, and one single. There are two bathrooms both with shower and bath, one of which is en-suite to the double bedroom. You will also have the use of two balconies, one in the lounge and the other in the master bedroom, to step outside and enjoy the Valencian climate.

You will have free access to the communal swimming pool in the apartment where you can enjoy sunbathing and a dip in the cool water with your companions. Should you be travelling with a car, you will be able to contract the private parking space in the subterranean car park so that you can forget about parking hassles.

The Oceanographic III apartment is fitted with integrated hot/cold air conditioning that is fully adjustable so that your comfort is guaranteed at any time of year, and there is a cot and high chair should you be travelling with a baby or small child.

The Oceanographic III apartment provides you with an unparalleled location for visiting the iconic City of Arts and Sciences and also the Turia river-garden both of which you will easily reach with a three minute walk.

Take advantage of your proximity to the river garden to go for strolls and discover the world's only ancient river bed converted into public garden, going for strolls or perhaps running, cycling or exercising. As the river bed stretches all the way from the coast to the opposite end of the city, you could even follow it to the Old Town, coming up at the old Serranos Gate (about forty five minute's walk) or all the way to the very end where you could visit the Biopark safari-zoo (approx. one and a half hour's walk).

The Oceanographic III apartment is to be found in a residential neighbourhood where there are a number of cafés and restaurants and you will have one of Valencia's best shopping centres just next door where you will also find restaurants and a supermarket (Aqua shopping centre, Calle Menorca). Should you wish to enjoy a good film you can also do so at the Aqua where you will find a cinema complex.

How to get to: HISTORIC CENTRE

BUS (approx. 30 mins):

Walk 4 mins (400 m) to the bus stop "França - Samuel Ros" on the Avenida de Francia and take Line 19 for 10 stops. Alight at the "Sant Vicent Màrtir - Periodista Azzati" stop. Walk 2 mins along the Calle Periodista Azzati to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Square).

METRO (approx. 30 mins):

Walk 14 mins (1.1 km) to metro station Marítim Serrería (Lines 4, 5, 6, just off Calle Serreria). Take Line 5 in direction TORRENT AVINGUDA for 6 stops. Alight at Xátiva station. Walk for 10 mins north across the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Square) to the Plaza de la Reina (800 m).

How to get to: BEACH

BUS (approx. 20 mins):

Walk 2 mins (220 m) to the bus stop "Menorca - Balears" on the Calle Menorca and take Line 20 for 9 stops. Alight at the stop "Pavia - Platja de les Arenes".

METRO (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 14 mins (1.1 km) to metro station Marítim Serrería (Lines 4, 5, 6, just off Calle Serreria). Take the tram on Green Line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.
