You will further appreciate the location of the Monserrat apartment as in just a few minutes walk you will arrive at the huge and impressive Quart Towers, and continuing on through them you will be in the heart of the Old Town where you will enjoy discovering a huge array of bars, tapas and restaurants in the immediate surroundings. You will also find that all the major historic sights such as the cathedral and Central Market are within a fifteen minute walk from your apartment.

Also worth mentioning is that you will be able to enjoy the fantastic green and beautiful gardens in the ancient bed of the Turia river arriving in under ten minutes walk, along which you can go for a very pleasant cycle or stroll. You could also enjoy a visit to the fascinating botanical gardens which lie at just a five minute walk from your apartment.


TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS FROM THE MONSERRAT APARTMENT

Should you wish to get to other important sites, you will not encounter any difficulty as your apartment is located between the main ring road around the historic centre and the Gran Via Fernando Catolico along which pass many buses. For example, you can get to the City of Arts and Sciences in just half an hour by catching the number 81 from the Gran Via and changing after six stops to the number 35.

Should you wish to visit the fabulous beaches of Valencia you can take advantage of the proximity of the Monserrat apartment to the Angel Guimerá metro station at just three hundred metres away which will take you along the green line 5 all the way to the Las Arenas beach and the port in just ten stops.
