THE MARÍTIM APARTMENT IN VALENCIA.

Staying at the Marítim apartment in Valencia you will enjoy a huge amount of space on two floors, in a tranquil residential neighbourhood, walking distance to the port and beaches.

The apartment is entered on the lower floor where you will find the especially large lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with balcony. You won't miss the impressive staircase to the upper floor where the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. The entire apartment is colourfully decorated with a distinct retro feel.

The Marítim apartment offers you three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with its own complete bathroom with bath, plenty of wardrobe space and also its own balcony looking onto the street. This principal bedroom has a double bed and a supplementary single bed. There is a second double bedroom, and the third bedroom contains two nested single beds and a double sofa-bed. In addition there is another double sofa-bed in the lounge which makes a total of eleven sleeping places.

The Marítim apartment is equipped with free WiFi internet and also hot/cold airconditioning. Pets may be accepted on consultation and a cot can be provided for an additional cost.


THE AREA SURROUNDING THE MARÍTIM APARTMENT.

The Marítim apartment provides you with unrivalled easy access to the America's Cup port which you will enjoy arriving at in just a ten minute walk. You will also enjoy arriving at the Las Arenas beach in just a twenty minute walk, where you will find two kilometres of deep perfect sandy beach. Alternatively you could take the tram from Marítim-Serrería station just next door.

As you arrive at the beaches you will find the Paseo Neptuno promenade where you can sample some of the best paella in Valencia in the well known restaurants there, and where you can sit back with a fine cocktail during the evenings in one of the many chilled out bars.

Walking approximately ten minutes further along the beach promenade you will arrive at the Malvarrosa beach where a long chain of seafood restaurants offer you the chance to sample even more Valencian culinary variety.

Heading in the other direction from the Marítim apartment, a fifteen minute walk or a short ride on the number 1 bus will bring you to the City of Arts and Sciences, the internationally acclaimed architectural icon, which lies at the end of the old Turia river bed. From this point you can follow the green river bed under the shade of trees and through ornamental gardens all the way to the Old Town, a thirty to fourty minute walk.
