THE AREA SURROUNDING THE MALVA APARTMENT.

The Malva apartment takes its name from the Malvarrosa beach which is literally at the end of the road, where you will have an enormous stretch of perfect wide sandy beach at your disposal that runs along the coast for over two kilometres and features a lovely promenade all the way along it which you will enjoy strolling along. As you do so you will encounter a huge range of beachside restaurants where you will be able to sample the authentic paella and Valencian seafood.

The apartment is to be found in a charming residencial neighbourhood with antiquated low-rise houses, plenty of local bars and shops and you will have a supermarket within easy reach at just under ten minute's walk.

You could also enjoy a good cocktail on the Paseo Neptuno at the end of the Las Arenas beach a fifteen to twenty minute walk away where there is a lot of activity at the weekends and where you will also find the famous paella restaurants La Rosa and La Pepica. If you want to go clubbing you will find one of Valencia's best locations in the Las Animas club just beside the Paseo Neptuno.

METRO (approx. 45 mins):
Walk 14 mins (1.2 Km) to tram stop Grau (Lines 5, 6, Plaza Armada Española). Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM - SERRERÍA for 2 stops. Alight at Marítim - Serrería station. Change to Green Line 5 (should be the same platform) in direction TORRENT AVINGUDA for 1 stop. Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).

BUS (approx. 35 mins):
Walk 3 mins (300 m) to the bus stop "Reina - Remonta" on the corner of Calles Reina and Remonta and take Line 19 for 13 stops. Alight at the "França - Pare Tomas Montañana" stop.

Walk 2 mins (200 m) to tram stop La Marina (Lines 4, 6, Calle Dr Lluch 247). Take Blue Line 4 in direction MAS DEL ROSARI for 7 stops. Alight at Benimaclet station. Change to Red Line 3 in direction AV. DEL CID for 3 stops. Alight at Colón station.

ROUTE 2 - TORRES DE SERRANOS (approx 20 mins):
Walk 2 mins (200 m) to tram stop La Marina (Lines 4, 6, Calle Dr Lluch 247). Take Blue Line 4 in direction MAS DEL ROSARI for 9 stops. Alight at Pont de Fusta stop. Walk 5 mins (400 m) crossing the Turia river garden on the footbridge.

BUS (approx. 45 mins):
Walk 2 mins (200 m) to the bus stop "Reina - Remonta" on the corner of Calles Reina and Remonta and take Line 19 for 19 stops. Alight at the stop "Russafa - Ciril Amorós". Walk 4 mins (300 m) to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
