The apartment forms part of an ancient town house that is entered by an enormous arched wooden door. The austere furnishings have all been chosen to complement the classic feel of the place.

The apartment has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a double sofa-bed in the lounge to provide sleeping for up to four persons. The modern fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the spacious lounge and dining area.

An attractive feature of the Lonja Classic apartment are the three street facing balconies, offering beautiful views of the peaceful corner on which your apartment is located where there is also a small square and a picturesque church. The apartment is centrally heated with radiators to ensure that you never feel cold during the winter months.

The Lonja Classic apartment takes its name from the impressive 15th century gothic Lonja de la Seda (silk exchange) which lies directly in front of the apartment.

You will enjoy a privileged location in the famous El Carmen neighbourhood of the old town where you will encounter all the historic sites within short walks from the apartment, such as the cathedral, the Quart and Serranos Gates, and the City Square all of which lie within a five to ten minute walk.

You can take advantage of the apartment's proximity to the impressive Central Market just on the other side of the Lonja, where you will be able to buy every kind of fresh food from a mouth watering array of stalls; to fulfill any culinary plans that you may have.

You will also be able to reach the green river bed of the Turia after a ten minute walk, the world's only river bed converted to public garden where you can indulge in a pleasant cycle or stroll along its six kilometre length.

Surrouding the Lonja Classic apartment you will find one of Valencia's largest and most varied concentrations of restaurants, tapas and bars, which El Carmen is famous for.
