The apartment is decorated using an attractive blend of white and grey with intense primary colours, and the ceilings feature classically styled covings. There are three independent bedrooms, two twins and one double; and with the use of two single sofa-beds in the lounge sleeping for up to eight persons is provided. One of the twin bedrooms features a balcony with street view. The apartment has one complete bathroom with bath and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

The Francisco Moreno apartment is located in a quiet residential area on a street with the same name. This neighbourhood is found beside the Turia Gardens which you can access just by crossing the road providing you with nine kilometres of urban park situated in the former riverbed, stretching all the way to the City of Arts and Sciences.

The old town is easily reached by walking fifteen minutes along the Calle Quart where you will arrive at the impressive Quart Gate and on the way you will pass by the tranquil Botanical Gardens. The "9 de Octubre" hospital is just over the riverbed across the Campanar bridge and the Bioparc is two kilometres away in the same direction. There are a couple of supermarkets within five minutes walk and a hypermarket on the other side of the river, across the 9 de Octubre bridge.

If you want to see a movie you have a multi screen cinema over the river across the Campanar bridge where films are often shown in their original language. To go shopping there is a large shopping centre a kilometre away at the height of the Glorias Valencianas bridge, the "Nuevo Centro".


GETTING AROUND FROM THE FRANCISCO MORENO APARTMENT.

To get to the City of Arts and Sciences, take the number 95 bus from Paseo de la Pechina, just 140 metres away. To get to the city beaches it is recommended to take the metro from Avenida del Cid station approximately 10 minute's walk away, change at Marítim Serrería and get off at either Neptu, Les Arenes or Eugenia Viñes. The Bioparc can be reached on the 61 bus, which you can catch from Avenida Maestro Rodrigo 750 metres away.
