The living room is large and you can relax in it with the doors to the long, wide balcony open and the light of the sunset flooding in to fill the room and the apartment with colour.
The kitchen in the apartment is ample and well equipped so that you can prepare the meal of your choice with ease, have your breakfast or simply make a cup of coffee.
You will be perfectly comfortable in the Europa apartment because the apartment is fitted with fully adjustable central heating for winter and central air-conditioning for the summer, so you should never feel too hot or too cold during your stay.
In the Europa apartment you will have the City of Arts and Sciences and the Turia River Garden at your feet so you will be able to explore and experience one of Valencia's most popular attractions and international icon by walking just a few paces from your apartment. Once you have seen the City of Arts and Sciences, you can then take a relaxing stroll along the beautiful Turia garden and even follow it all the way to the Old Town, stopping along the way at one of the many cafés for refreshment.
Very close by you could go shopping at the Aqua shopping centre where you will find fine food, a supermarket, fashionable clothing shops, restaurants and the Aqua cinema. If you are a Formula 1 fan, you will also have a very short walk to the Grand Prix street circuit from your apartment.
