In the Conservatori apartment you will have the use of a large double bed and two singles in the upper floor and a separate bedroom with double bed on the lower floor providing you with sleeping space for six persons. The two floors are communicated via an attractive iron spiral staircase and you will enjoy interiors which use the elementary materials of wood, brick and metal in their design.

You will have the use of a fully equipped kitchen in the Conservatori apartment with everything you could require to prepare your favourite meals to enjoy together on the six seater dining table. The Conservatori apartment is to be found beside the Musical Conservatory on the tranquil Plaza Viriat, and where a minute's walk from the door you will discover the impressive ancient Quart gate. You will immediately realize that you are in the heart of the Old Town where you will encounter a huge variety of bars, tapas and restaurants.

From the apartment you will enjoy arriving at any point in the historic centre in a maximum twenty minute walk and sites like the Cathedral, Lonja, and Serranos Towers are even closer at just five to ten minutes. Well worth a visit especially as it is located just five minutes' walk away (passing under the Quart Towers and continuing straight ahead along Calle Quart), is the fascinating Botanical Garden where you can enjoy a very agreeable stroll.

To stock up your fully equipped kitchen with produce to prepare your meals you have the beautiful and lively Central Market just a five minute walk away, or alternatively you have a couple of supermarkets just a four minute walk away on Calle Pintor Zariñena.

Finally, you can take advantage of the Conservatori apartment's close proximity to the amazing Turia river garden, where you can follow the ancient river bed all the way to the City of Arts and Sciences stopping off at one of the number of cafés that are to be found amongst the trees.

How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES

METRO (approx. 45 mins):

Walk 8 mins (700 m) to metro Ángel Guimerá (Lines 1, 3, 5) on Gran Via Fernando el Catolico 15. Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 6 stops (12 mins). Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).

BUS (approx. 40 mins):

Walk 9 mins (800 m) to the bus stop "Blanqueria - Pare d Òrfens" on the corner of Calle Blanquerias (runs beside the river) and Calle Padre Huérfanos and take Line 95 for 10 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Instituto Obrero de Valencia" stop.

How to get to: BEACH

METRO (approx. 35 mins):

Walk 8 mins (700 m) to metro Ángel Guimerá (Lines 1, 3, 5) on Gran Via Fernando Catolico 15. Take green line 5 in direction MARÍTIM-SERRERÍA for 7 stops (14 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (should be the same platform). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.

BUS (approx. 50 mins):

Walk 7 mins (650 m) to the bus stop "Ferrán el Catòlic - Gabriel Miró" on the corner of Gran Via Fernando El Catolico and Calle Literato Gabriel Miró and take Line 22 for 24 stops. Alight at the stop "Pavia - Platja de les Arenes".
