The City of Arts apartment provides you with an unparalleled location for visiting the iconic City of Arts and Sciences and also the Turia river-garden both of which you will easily reach with a seven or eight minute walk.

Take advantage of your proximity to the river garden to go for strolls and discover the world's only ancient river bed converted into public garden, going for strolls or perhaps running, cycling or exercising. As the river bed stretches all the way from the coast to the opposite end of the city, you could even follow it to the Old Town, coming up at the old Serranos Gate (about forty five minute's walk) or all the way to the very end where you could visit the Biopark safari-zoo (approx. one hour and a half's walk).

The City of Arts apartment is to be found in a residential neighbourhood where there are a number of cafés and restaurants and you will have a supermarket and shopping centre in easy reach at five minute's walk (Aqua shopping centre, Calle Menorca). Should you wish to enjoy a good film you can do so at the Aqua where you will find a cinema complex.

How to get to: HISTORIC CENTRE

BUS (approx. 30 mins):

Walk 4 mins (400 m) to the bus stop "França - Vicente Beltrán" on the corner of Avenida de Francia and Calle Vicente Beltrán Grimalt and take Line 19 for 9 stops. Alight at the "Sant Vicent Màrtir - Periodista Azzati" stop. Walk 2 mins along the Calle Periodista Azzati to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Square).

METRO (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 9 mins (800 m) to metro station Ayora (Green Line 5, by the Jardines de Ayora). Take Line 5 in direction TORRENT AVINGUDA for 5 stops. Alight at Xátiva station. Walk for 10 mins north across the Plaza del Ayuntamiento (City Square) to the Plaza de la Reina (800 m).

How to get to: BEACH

BUS (approx. 30 mins):

Walk 5 mins (470 m) to the bus stop "Port - Pintor Maella" on the corner of Calle Pintor Maella and the Avenida del Puerto and take Line 2 for 8 stops. Alight at the stop "Dr. Lluch - Mare de Déu del Sufragi". Walk 4 mins (350 m) to Las Arenas beach.

METRO (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 9 mins (800 m) to metro Ayora (Green Line 5, by the Jardines de Ayora). Take Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 1 stop (2 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (usually the same platform). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.
