Pass your time in Valencia in the comfortable and pleasant Catedral apartment, where you will enjoy a privileged location beside the cathedral, surrounded by historic sites and a huge variety of restaurants and bars.

In the Catedral apartment you will appreciate a bright and colourful interior and you will have the use of three balconies where you can step out and take in the view of the typical old town street in the sunlight. You will have the use of three bedrooms, one double and two twin, and a single sofa-bed in the lounge to sleep a maximum of seven persons. The apartment has a full bathroom with bath and a seperate WC.

Your kitchen in the Catedral apartment is fully equipped so that you can prepare any dish that you desire and you will have the use of a hot/cold airconditioning unit to ensure that you are comfortable.


THE AREA SURROUNDING THE CATEDRAL APARTMENT.

As you leave your apartment, you will literally stumble across a number of the most visited historic sites in Valencia, such as the Cathedral, Plaza de la Virgen and Serranos Towers. Slightly further away but within a maximum ten minute walk are the Central Market, Lonja, Quart Towers and City Square, so you really will enjoy a privileged location at the Catedral apartment.

You will find that you can also take advantage of one of Valencia's largest concentrations of restaurants, tapas and bars which surround the apartment. You could try the typical Valencian Horchata, a cold drink made from Tiger Nut, or buñuelos (sweet pumpkin dumplings) which you could enjoy on the terraces in the Plaza de la Virgen or at the famous horchateria of Santa Catalina.

The Turia river garden lies just a five minute walk away up the Calle Serranos where you will discover a unique park made from the ancient river bed of the Turia river into which you can descend and stroll through the gardens and under the shade of the many thousands of trees. If you follow the garden towards the sea you will come to the City of Arts and Sciences or if you take the opposite direction you will come to the Bioparc (either way approximately fourty five minutes walk).

How to get to: CITY OF ARTS & SCIENCES

METRO (approx. 45 mins):

Walk 13 mins (1.1 km) to metro Colón (Lines 3, 5) on Calle Colón. Take Green Line 5 in direction MARÍTIM SERRERÍA for 4 stops (8 mins). Alight at Ayora station. Walk for 20 mins (1.5 Km).

BUS (approx. 25 mins):

Walk 4 min (400 m) to the bus stop "Torres dels Serrans - Comte de Trénor" by the Torres de Serranos and take Line 95 for 9 stops. Alight at the "Autopista Saler - Instituto Obrero de Valencia" stop.

How to get to: BEACH

METRO (approx. 40 mins):

Walk 13 mins (1.1 km) to metro station Colón (Lines 3, 5,) on Calle Colón. Take green line 5 in direction MARÍTIM-SERRERÍA for 5 stops (9 mins). Alight at Marítim Serrería station and change to the tram (should be the same platform). Take the tram on line 5 in direction NEPTÚ for 3 stops (6 mins). Alight at Neptú station. Walk for 3 mins (300 m) to Las Arenas beach.

BUS (approx. 50 mins):

Walk 4 min (350 m) to the bus stop "Reina" in the Plaza de la Reina and take Line 4 for 14 stops. Alight at the stop "Port - Joan Josep Sister". Walk 15 mins (1.2 Km) to Las Arenas beach.
