Two complete individual apartments offered together to give you twice the space and comfort, the Casa Flor apartment located in the old town gives you quick and easy access by foot to all that Valencia's historic centre has to offer. Pass memorable moments with your travel companions on the ample rooftop terrace enjoying the famed Valencian climate. This apartment offers an unbeatable spot overlooking the Plaza del Pilar from which to enjoy the fiesta of Las Fallas in March.

The Casa Flor apartment provides you with the use of two split level apartments. Please note that the apartments are not interconnected and therefore have their own separate front doors.

Both apartments are accessed on their lower floor and are distributed in the following way:

The left hand apartment's lower floor has a lounge (with corner sofa and grey dining table with blue-green chairs), complete kitchen, one bedroom ("bedroom 1") with four individual beds, two of which are pull-out, and one complete bathroom with shower. The upper floor of this apartment contains a double bedroom ("bedroom 2") with built-in wardrobe and view onto the Plaza del Pilar, a separate bathroom with shower, and access to the large terrace.

The right hand apartment's lower floor has a lounge (with four single beds in one corner, two of which are pull-out), one bedroom with four single beds, two of which are pull-out ("bedroom 3"), a complete kitchen, and a complete bathroom with shower (without bidet). All the spaces on this floor have views onto the Plaza del Pilar. The upper floor of this apartment contains a bedroom ("bedroom 4") with double bed and built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower (without bidet), and access to a small terrace with a view of the plaza.

The Casa Flor apartment offers you the use of reduced rate public parking located in the Plaza de la Reina a ten minute walk away, and is fitted with hot/cold airconditioning. THE AREA SURROUNDING THE CASA FLOR APARTMENT.

The Casa Flor apartment is located at the end of a quiet old town street named Calle Roger de Flor, on the corner with the Plaza del Pilar. This plaza is the site of one of the most celebrated temporary sculptures erected and burnt down during the fiesta of Las Fallas.

From the apartment the historic sites are all reachable in short walks from five to fifteen minutes. The Central Market is the closest landmark at just five minutes' walk, where you can find Valencia's largest selection of fresh produce, perfect for your home cooking. The other principal landmarks within walking distance are the City Square, the Lonja, cathedral, Serranos and Quart gates, bullring and Nord railway station.

You will find high street shops and cinemas within easy reach on the far side of the City Square and along the Calle Colón ten to fifteen minutes walk away. For going out to eat and drink, the old town especially between the Central Market and the cathedral is where you will find the largest variety of restaurants and bars with plenty of picturesque terraces and lots of atmosphere.

Valencia is home to a unique urban garden situated in the former riverbed of its now diverted river Turia, lying approximately fifteen minutes walk from the apartment. The "Turia Gardens" stretching nine kilometres across the city is the largest urban park in Spain and your visit would not be complete with taking a stroll along it.


GETTING AROUND FROM THE CASA FLOR APARTMENT.

The Casa Flor apartment gives you easy access to numerous bus routes especially from the nearby City Square, and also to the metro network with the Ángel Guimerá station 290 metres away, on the airport line. To get to the City of Arts and Sciences it is advisable to take the number 19 from the City Square, and for the beaches it is recommended to take the metro from Ángel Guimerá station, changing once at Marítim Serrería and getting off at either Neptu, Les Arenes or Eugenia Viñes.
