Your stay in Valencia will be a comfortable one at the modern Beach Studio 3 apartment, where you can relax on the private terrace and enjoy a location under ten minute's walk to the city beach.

The Beach Studio 3 apartment is attractively furnished and decorated with modern minimalist details. The apartment offers you one double bed and a single sofa-bed, in the same space. There is an independent bathroom with walk-in shower, and there is hot/cold air-conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen is incorporated into the main living space.

WiFi internet and a cot are provided free of charge. The apartment is one of three studio apartments all located on the ground floor and with a combined total capacity of eight persons (subject to availability).


THE AREA SURROUNDING THE BEACH STUDIO 3 APARTMENT.

The Beach Studio 3 apartment is located in a residential street named Calle Rosario under ten minute's walk to the city beach of Las Arenas. You will find a local supermarket at just a few minute's walk.

The city beach stretches for three kilometers, is very wide and is all sand. There is a wide promenade that follows its whole length and where a number of paella restaurants are to be found. At the port end of the beach on the Paseo Neptuno about a ten minute walk away, there is a stretch of paella restaurants and cocktail bars where you could enjoy a good night out.

If you want to go clubbing, look no further than Las Animas, one of Valencia's best clubs, also at the port end of the beach, just past Paseo Neptuno.

The residential area in which the Beach Studio apartment is located is characterized by two and three storey houses unlike the typical Spanish apartment blocks. In fact this former fisherman's town has been declared of cultural interest and is protected.


GETTING AROUND FROM THE BEACH STUDIO 3 APARTMENT.

The Beach Studio 3 apartment has very good connections for getting around Valencia. To get to the historic centre, take the metro from Marítim Serrería station (cross Calle Serrería) and get off at Colón or Xàtiva, approximately 25 minutes journey time. To get to the City of Arts and Sciences take the number 1 bus from Calle Serrería, approximately 15 minutes journey time.

If you are visiting Valencia for the F1 Grand Prix you will find the apartment's location to be very handy as it is just a ten minute walk away from the circuit area.
