The apartment offers you the use of four bedrooms (two doubles and two singles) and two independent bathrooms. In addition an open space by the entrance to the apartment has been used to place a four poster bed, and there are two single sofa-beds in the lounge. Along with the use of four supplementary beds, a total of fourteen persons can be accommodated. One of the double bedrooms features a water bed with adjustable heating.
The apartment is located on the eleventh floor of a tower block, distanced from any other blocks in the area, thus providing the panoramic views. Take a dip in the Jacuzzi, a snooze in the hammock or simply kick back on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the tranquility and famed Valencian climate with your companions.
There is free WiFi internet access in the Albufera Terrace apartment and pets are permitted. You can access a free communal swimming pool and unlimited free outdoor communal parking. The apartment features a central heating system that is powered by a fireplace in the fifth open bedroom, which delivers the heat provided from the real fire to the rest of the house via a system of ducts.

The Albufera area is renowned for its traditional cultivation of rice and the fresh water fish that are to be found within its waters, which means that you will not have to go far to encounter an authentic Valencian paella experience. You will find the small town of Saler just a short four kilometre drive away, where you can eat out at a number of places, or enjoy a drink on the terraces.

BY FOOT/BICYCLE: Walk or cycle to the town of Saler. Take the cycle path that runs all the way into the city, arriving at the City of Arts & Science. Journey time by bicycle: approx. 1 hour. By foot: approx. 2 hours and 40 mins.
